. Managing your contact lists effectively is essential for running successful SMS campaigns.
🚀 How It Works
- Create and manage contact lists from the
Contacts
menu in your customer portal. - Add unlimited custom
Fields
to your contact lists (e.g., name, email, location) — these can be used dynamically when adding or importing contacts. - Configure messaging options for each contact list, such as:

Welcome Message
Unsubscribe Message
- Use
OPT-IN
andOPT-OUT
keywords to subscribe or unsubscribe users via SMS. - Import contacts via
CSV File
and map each column to your custom contact fields. - Remove or modify contact fields at any time based on your needs.
