👥 Contacts – The Core of Personalized Messaging

The Contacts module is one of the most critical features in Ultimate SMS. It powers everything from Personalized Messaging to the Campaign Builder. Managing your contact lists effectively is essential for running successful SMS campaigns.


🚀 How It Works

  • Create and manage contact lists from the Contacts menu in your customer portal.
  • Add unlimited custom Fields to your contact lists (e.g., name, email, location) — these can be used dynamically when adding or importing contacts.
  • Configure messaging options for each contact list, such as:
    • Signup Message
    • Welcome Message
    • Unsubscribe Message
  • Use OPT-IN and OPT-OUT keywords to subscribe or unsubscribe users via SMS.
  • Import contacts via CSV File and map each column to your custom contact fields.
  • Remove or modify contact fields at any time based on your needs.
  • View and track responses to OPT-IN and OPT-OUT keywords in the Reports section.
  • Use Subscribe URL and Unsubscribe URL for web-based contact management.
  • Contact list fields can be used as Template Tags when sending messages in campaigns.
  • If you want to send keyword assigned message instead group default message then enable send keyword message option.
